Before purchasing this very large u-shaped pillow, I had seen it advertised as being helpful to people with conditions such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, and pregnancy. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis, and I often have extreme difficulty getting comfortable at night. I already had a small u-shaped pillow and had often wished it was longer. Well, I was right! This longer pillow helps a lot with my fibromyalgis. The part at the head is a little over-stuffed for me, but I guess it has to be that way in order for the rest of it to be the comfortagle fit that it is.

In terms of Amazon’s involvement and the resellers, no problems there.
The product went into the garbage very quickly though. It did not come with a cover and who knows where you would get one for that product. The material is not comfortable at all. The fill power is extrememly weak. When you put it in between your legs, your knees practically touch. There is no real support. And you could tell the fill is very synthetic and cheap. What I recieved is a product that is shaped like the one in the picture, but it clearly is not the actual product in the picture. I chose this product because the image shows a product that is filled very well and that is not what I recieved.
And of course it is not returnable. The product was so disappointing, at first glance I felt like I was wasting my time when I tried it out. I knew it was going into the garbage. What else can you do with it. How many of your friends or family could be interested in such a specialized product and be happy with these shortcommings. This was the single biggest/quickest waste of money in my life.
The only benefit I could think of is, since the product was so quickly identifiable as useless, I was able to get rid of it so quickly. There was no point in keeping it around for an extra night or two to give it more time.
