I just got this yesterday and last night I loved it. The fabric is soft and t-shirt like. It’s only been one night with it, so I’ll have to continue using it to see how it goes. I was very comfortable using it and I felt like the footprint of the pillow was not much bigger then the space I normally use on my side of the bed. I didn’t feel like it was so big that my husband was being pushed off the bed, which was good!
Edit 2/24/11: I’ve been using this for months now and I am 36 weeks. I love this pillow! I don’t want to give it up even after I have the baby. It has made sleeping a dream (pun intended). I haven’t had any sleeping issues with my pregnancy and it keeps me very comfortable. The cover washes and dries well, no shrinking or pilling. It hugs my body and supports my hips, back, and stomach.

This pillow is a present from heaven. It’s not too big, or too small. My husband is 6’3″ and I am no little girl; and we all fit in a queen sized bed. The jersey material is very comfortable, and the pillow malleable enough to be form fitting. If you are feeling like you can just use a regular pillow for support your entire pregnancy, and not spend the money, you are missing out on some good sleeping. It’s also great when your back hurts at the end of the day. You can wrap it around yourself and sit on the couch.
The only thing that requires some getting used to is, flipping over and getting out of it to make a trip to the loo. But, it’s a small price to pay for some z’s. I wouldn’t hesitate on buying; get this thing. It’s so worth it.

I really love the snoogle! It has made me so much more comfortable at night and has helped me sleep. I am happy that I purchased the jersey cotton cover–I can imagine that the non jersey version could be too scratchy. I remember reading others say that it was a pain to take the cover on and off, but I don’t find this to be true at all. I just scrunch it up like a sock and then put it on that way. I wouldn’t mind if it were a little fluffier, but have not found it to be too short, or too small, as I remember other reviewers saying (I am 5/10″).
I sometimes catch my husband cozying up to it, too, and I think he is jealous of my special little sleeping haven, now that I have the snoogle.

I would not be able to survive my pregnancy without this! It does take up a lot of room in the bed, but it is so worth it! Love the jersey cotton fabric, that is why I chose this model specifically. It really is soft and just like a t-shirt. I was having weird lower back pain while sleeping very early in my 1st trimester. Even though I felt silly getting this so early in the pregnancy, the back pain disappeared! Now I am in my third trimester and I have not slept one night without it. The reason for not giving it 5 stars (even though I really want to) is because it is losing some of its fullness, I make sure to fluff it and flip and rotate it regularly, to prevent it from being too floppy. Have I mentioned that I can’t sleep without it! No more pregnancy lower back or hip pain! The only thing waking me up in the middle of the night is having to pee and the great thing is that I can get up at 2 or 3 and fall right back asleep with no trouble. I was a stomach sleeper before pregnancy so transitioning to sleeping on my side has not been fun but the pillow definitely helps me get a good night’s sleep!

I absolutely LOVE my new Snoogle Body Pillow. I don’t normally sleep on my side, and I was having a horrible time doing so before I bought this pillow. I sleep with it behind my back and/or in front of my stomach. Either way, it is supportive and soft. The cover is great, too. It does get a little bit warm throughout the night, but to me it is definitely better than having a scratchy cover. I’ve gotten the best sleep of my pregnancy by using this pillow.

I am so disappointed! After reading all the other reviews, I thought I’d treat myself and purchase this pillow… I mean the concept of this pillow is great, but it is not constructed well. I like firm pillows for my bed, but this pillow is not the least bit comfortable. I tried it for three nights, and coincidentally had headaches for the first half of the day, so I went to the chiropractor. My chiropractor said it could be my new pillow. I then tried to sleep with it two other nights in a one week span, and sure enough each morning I would wake up with a headache. I guess the pillow is causing me to sleep in a strange position which is messing with my spine. It is just a shame I threw the box and bag away upon opening the package. Biggest waste of money.
I fixed this problem by buying a body pillow at bed bath & beyond. It is still firm, yet cushy enough to mold to my body, and it was under $10! My hip pain has been fixed. But ladies the Snoogle is an utter rip off.
