The Grow to Sleep gives great support for sleeping comfortably during pregnancy. I like the elasticized middle portion for adjusting for the most comfortable position. What I do NOT like about the Grow to Sleep is that the 2 ends of the body pillow are too hard to use as a comfortable pillow. The pillow filling is tantamount to what is in a $5 drugstore pillow. I slept with my head on the end pillow portion about 2 nights, and kept waking with a stiff neck from the rock hard stuffing. I ended up taking off one end and just using the rest of the pillow (J shape) instead. This has worked well….but I would recommend saving yourself the extra money this pillow costs and just buy a cheaper J-shaped version.

Bought this pillow at 15 weeks pregnant with my first. Its a little slice a heaven. Its a bit spendy for a pillow, but the comfort it has provided for me in the last couple of weeks is totally worth it. I also like that it doesnt take as much of the bed as other body pillows (my husband is grateful for that!) I also like that this can be split apart and used as a boppy later on.

The only thing I would change is to have some sort of a washable cover for when it is in 1 piece. Thus why I rate 4 instead of 5 stars. It does comes with cheap feeling covers for the ends when it is broken apart, but that doesnt do anything for me until I take it apart. Overall, very happy with the purchase and highly recommend it.

I bought this pillow when I was only 12 weeks pregnant, and now I am 37 weeks and don’t know what I would have done without it. I have always been a stomach sleeper and needed something to keep me on my side at night. This pillow does the trick. I love how flexible it is so that I can use it at my front or my back. The only negative is that the more you toss and turn and get up at night to pee, the more awkward it is to get settled in every time. But once you’re in position, it’s great! I do wish it came with a softer cover. It was a little scratchy for me at first, but after a couple of washes it really improved. It’s a little pricey, but I think it’s worth it. I just may have to keep using it even after my little one is born.

This was a gift for my newly pregnant sister and she loves it! I wish there were more covers for this specific pillow.

The pillow is a great idea … but … it cannot be a 1 size fits all from 5 foot to 6 foot or more. The pillow as is seems to be usable for people 5’4″ to 5’10″ … if you are over 5’10″ then the pillow can end up giving you a wedgie when used across the back or not even reaching when trying to go around a normal sized pregnant belly )

Additionally, everyone likes different pillow softness/firmness … some like firm, some like smushy, some like to have their head up and others like to have their head lower, etc … this pillow is not customizable/adjustable, it would be good if the height &/or stuffing could be regulated somehow, perhaps having a removable insert or two that would allow one to adjust how high or low their head is &/or the firmness.

Overall, it is a great idea, but the execution needs refinement … not all pregnant ladies are built to fit the pillow, it should be customizable enough to allow for some differences and it should come in three sizes, petite, average, and tall each with customizable pillow options.

Bottom line is if you are of average height and like sleeping with your head higher than horizontal, then this pillow is for you!

I got this for my pregnant wife to help her sleep. After using it as the whole long pillow, she decided it wasn’t that practical or useful, and really in the way of her comfort. She has since taken to using just one of the small detachable end pillows. We would have saved a lot of money by just buying a cheaper smaller pillow.

This pillow is amazing. It’s so comfortable, it wraps itself around you and releaves all the pressure points that you just cant get with numorous pillows. The only reason that I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because you can only take out the 2 end pillows when it’s time to wash and so you end up having to wash the middle pillow in the washing machine. I havent washed mine yet but im worried it’s going to go funny if i put it in the dryer or some people talk about air drying it, im sure that that will take a long time and/or it may smell after that (due to not drying properly) the middle pillow is quite big. Other than that its perfect and it can be used to support twins for feeding….win …win

I should have headed other reviews suggestions. I have acid reflux and purchased another pillow by leacho (the Leachco Boomerest Angled Body Pillow) Leachco Boomerest Angled Body Pillow, Ivory that was FABULOUS. This one however is too puffy & hard right away and leaves you with a cramp in your neck when you wake up. Not comfortable

I bought the Leachco Grow to Sleep Self-Adjusting Body Pillow for my daughter-in-law who is pregnant with her third child. She loves the pillow and says she has slept better than ever on it and it has also reduced her migraines. It is much more flexible than other pregnancy pillows and can even be taken apart to use for nursing and/or the baby later. It comes with pillow cases for the two ends for use when the pillow is taken apart, but not one for the whole pillow together. I made one out of a sheet which fits tightly on the ends but has extra room for the twisting and adjusting middle. It was quite a challenge, but will keep the pillow itself nicer longer. My daughter-in-law would definitely recommend this pillow!!

My wife and I are expecting our first baby; I bought this for her as a christmas present and she absolutely loved it. We definitely feel like this is worth the money. Not as bulky as some others listed on Amazon. We recommend this for any pregnant woman, specially if you’re having dificulty sleeping at night from tossing and turning.
