I LOVE this pillow! This is the most comfy pillow in the whole world and I want to use it even after I have the baby. (Warning: it is super large and squeezes my hubby out, even though we have a king).
As for the case, I initially thought this pillow did not have a case, so I ordered the case so the pillow woudln’t get dirty. When I later looked closer at the pillow, I realized it already has a case on it! It just is white, so it looks like it is just the pillow. So you don’t really need an extra case, you can just wash the one that it comes with. Regardless, it’s more convenient to have an extra case. It fits the pillow pefectly, but it is hard work to put it on. I wish there were like little snap buttons all long that made it easier to take on/ off, instead of having to pull the pillow case like a snake skin all the way around.

I truly love this pillow but I have some issues. First, my husband and I have a queen size bed and this pillow cuts into his side greatly. Second is the way that the pillow case is put on and off, it really is a struggle to make this big pillow squezze into the pillow case. Other than that, love the pillow.

i could not have survived my pregnancy and labor without this body pillow! YES it did take up a lot of room on our queen-size bed but it was worth it to have more restful sleep and later it was so great to have this in the delivery room. i loved how it kept me nestled and supported throughout my pregnancy with having to sleep on my side. despite the fact that i wish this pillow had darker color replacement colors available, i still give this product 5 stars! i’m passing it on to my cousin who is now pregnant.

This replacement cover is great, at lactancy period this will be really useful to change pillow’s cover.
I’m rating this 4 stars, because image product is misleading. I bought this thinking it was the pillow, and if you look at the comment’s all are about the pillow, an not about the product itself that IS A COVER REPLACEMENT. I think I got really excited about this pillow that I dind’t read correctly the title, but if you compare pillow’s image with this cover is the same image.

I recently had a bilateral mastectomy, and a friend of mine recommended this pillow. It was perfect. At first, I felt a little silly crawling into it, knowing that it was designed more for women who were pregnant. But, the truth is, the pillow kept my back, neck and arms supported in just the right ways after my mastectomy. I didn’t have to worry about adjusting pillows (hard to do when you can’t move your arms and chest!) or anything. This was just the right support all around. And, it also provided a really safe “nest” feeling since I was so worried about my husband or kids accidently banging into me.
While advertised as a pregnancy pillow, I know it to be an absolute must-have after my mastectomy. This was so perfect.
I wish I had spent the extra money, though, and bought a nice cover for it, too. But, it also worked just fine without it.

I bought this U-pillow for my second pregnancy. I had another down-filled one for my first pregnancy that I hated. This contours of the pillow were great, it was very comfortable. Could not have gotten through my pregnancy without this pillow. Helped me sleep right away. Was not hot like my other pillow. Wasn’t heavy so I could maneuver it around with ease. My daughter loved the pillow too!

My husband got this pillow for me during my first pregnancy and I LOVED IT! I swear it is the reason I had such an easy going time. I slept great. No need to adjust pillows around your body and drag them to the other side when you had to change sides. It’s so supporting and comfy. Gives your big belly an pick-me-up to help with your lower back and fits nicely between your knees. I’ve used it for the last 7 months with my 2nd pregnancy and still love it!! It’s big, but totally worth it!

I used this pillow throughout my pregnancy (I was carrying twins) and it was a complete lifesaver. It totally cradles your body and gives you support where you need it most (back, neck). I took the pillow to the hospital with me when I had my twins. Everyone in the hospital wanted to get one of their own. I still use it because it is that comfortable. Oh yeah, if you have a small bed, you may not want to purchase this. We have a king and there is still plenty of space.

I miss this pillow. I had to take it out of the bed once I had the baby to it didn’t get in the way of husband time. I miss it. Can’t wait to have the secound baby to use it the secound time around.
