this product looks like a good idea, and the price is right, but in this case you get what you pay for. the massager is not weighty or ergonomically designed well enough to really rest on the areas it’s supposed to be massaging. most of the benefit it would or should be doing gets vibrated into the air AROUND my neck and shoulders. also, the heat is concentrated in a 2 inch circle just at the back of my neck, but sometimes i don’t even feel that. this product was disappointing and does next to nothing for the tightness in my neck and shoulders as i’d hoped it would.

I don’t really care for it at all. It’s TOO loud. It needs to be more flexible & hug the neck better. The heat is almost non-existent.

I get a lot of tension headaches so this is good if you have tight shoulders. I wish it could curve more around your neck but for the price you pay, I can’t complain. It has helped me, even more than my full massage pad. I even bought one for my brother-in-law and he loves it.

My husband seems to be quite happy with the product – it was a Christmas gift. He seems to enjoy the relief it give his neck muscles and uses it a lot. The only “complaint” I’ve heard is that he wishes it hugged his neck better. He has to push back against his char to position it to his liking. Good product; performs as expected.
