I was so excited when I saw this pillow because the breastfeeding Boppy pillow is so wonderful. However, after getting it home and sleeping on it for a few nights, it actually made me feel worse! I am only five feet tall and it really is too short in the crotch area. I have no idea how anyone taller than me sleeps with this thing. Also, there is NO tummy support–which us pregnant women need…so needless to say I was using it in conjunction with another pillow for my tummy. (Which defeated the entire purpose of buying a pillow like this in the first place!) Since I’d spent so much on it in the first place, I’ve tried to keep using it, and am more disappointed every single night. It really lost it’s fluffiness in the head part and I’ve had to use another pillow under it. Long story short, I’ve quit using it and will yard sale it in the Spring. I’ve used a Snoogle pillow and LOVED it–and I’ve got another one on the way (I gave my first one away to my sister). I would not buy this product and wished I had kept my receipts/packaging because I would have definately sent this back for a refund. I am not happy at all with it’s quality, size, or utility!

The pillow felt flattened from the time I opened the package. I can’t imagine what it would feel like after months of use. After one night, I am returning it, because it just isn’t supporting me (which is not a rave review as I’m early in my 2nd trimester!). I wouldn’t recommend this product- it doesn’t live up to the Boppy name.

I was looking for a pregnancy pillow that would help support me while I sleep so I don’t end up on my back (they say you’re not supposed to lie on your back after about 4 months pregnant). I like a thin pillow normally, though, and most of the other pregnancy pillows looked too overstuffed for me – like they would give me neck problems if I used them.

This one is great if you are like I am and prefer thin pillows. I end up using it like it’s shown in the picture, and also turning around and using it to support my back. The second way wouldn’t work for anyone taller than about 5’6″, though. It does take up room in the bed and it’s a bit of a pain to flip over if you want to turn, but most of us pregnant folk get up a number of times to use the bathroom at night, anyway – I just turn it when I get back and it doesn’t disrupt my sleep any more than it is already disrupted.

I’m about 6 months pregnant at the moment, and I’m hoping this pillow continues to work well through the end.

After reading some of the reviews, I was skeptical about buying, but after trying a full size body pillow and then random regular sized pillows, decided that it was worth a shot. I got this two nights ago and have never slept better during my pregnancy. Satisfaction with this pillow may have a lot to do with height. I’m 5″2 and a friend who is the same height recommended. It’s the perfect size for me. I put a regular pillow over the head part of the pillow, hug the pillow so my belly has some support, and tuck the bottom part of the pillow between my knees. I’m able to sleep 5 hours straight with this pillow–a real feat for me (am 28 weeks pregnant). This is probably best for women 5″5 or under.

I am 24 weeks pregnant, and I own this pillow. Before buying it, I was attempting to “make-do” with other pillows I had around the house, and I was waking up multiple times per night, adjusting them back into place. The Boppy pillow has been wonderful. It conforms to my curled-up body, helps me sleep better on my side, and provides great comfort. The pillow is seamed so that the filling doesn’t shift around and form lumps during the night. Most importantly, I have been able to sleep through the night peacefully. It was well worth the money. My only complaints are (1) I have to completely flip the pillow over if I want to change sides during the night, and (2) my husband complains that I take up too much of the bed now. I say, too bad for him.

I was hesitant to pick this pillow up after seeing some of the other reviews, but when I saw it in the store it looked great. So, I brought it home and have been using using it for a time now. I’m only in my 2nd trimester, so I may need the Pregnancy Wedge for the end, but so far it is really perfect. It fits very well around the body and it snuggly soft – I even have to fight with my dog for it! The only drawback is that the tummy portion is rather flat, but it was designed that way. At this part of my pregnancy, to much pressure under my belly simply upsets my stomach, so I’m fine with it. As my bump grows, however, I might need to supplement it.

I am on my second pregnancy and second boppy body pillow because I totally wore the last one out! I loved it so much, so for Mother’s Day this year, I received a new one. On the packaging it boasts “Better Fluffy Stuff” and that is one of the first things I noticed. The packaging is much larger to accomodate the newly enhanced stuffing. It seems that Boppy has taken many of the customer complaints into consideration and improved the stuffing quality.

Only time will tell if this boppy stands up to the test, but so far it’s great. I had no complaints about my original boppy…sure it was more of a “floppy” than a boppy by the time I was done with it, but I consider that normal wear and tear for a pillow that gets squished, tossed, and turned through the night for over a year (yes, I used it well past my baby’s birth date because I had grown quite attached to the thing). Overall a great product, my only complaint is that the price be lowered a bit….I mean, come on, it’s just a strangely shaped pillow!

I am glad the negative reviews did not deter me from purchasing this pillow! I am 16 weeks along and have been having a terrible ache on my right side for the past couple of weeks which I attribute to the weight I carry due to my large hobo purse. So, I bought this body pillow 5 days ago hoping it might alleviate some of my side pains. After using it for the past 5 nights my back/side pain is completely gone. I am amazed and so in love with my boppy body pillow. Before I got it I was rolling around, changing positions all night and ending up a lot of times on my back. With the boppy pillow I can go to sleep on my left side and wake up in the morning still on my left side completely comfortable. I think because my legs are so wrapped around the pillow it makes movement a little more challenging?? I don’t know but this pillow makes me very happy. I look forward to cuddling up with it every night! Hopefuly it will still be comfortable when my belly really pops!

This pillow was fantastic for the first month or two of use. After that, the stuffing in the head pillow part began to get lumpy. Mine came with a washable cover, but I found that the between the knees pillow portion started to flatten too much and the only way to get it back into a comfy shape was to throw the entire thing into the washing machine. That had the effect of plumping up the bottom portion and making the head portion lumpier. Turning over in bed is a pain with this thing, but I think that would be the case with any full-body pillow. Overall I still use it at 8+ months and put a normal pillow case over the head portion to disguise the annoying lumps.

I wasn’t a fan of this pillow, I think I’m too small for it (I’m 5’1″) and there was no support in the belly area like I was looking for. I returned it and got the Boppy cuddle pillow and that’s perfect for me.
